We only collect your data to allow us to reply to your email. If you email us we will retain your message, any information therein, and our reply to you for up to three years after the conclusion of our conversation. Please contact us if you wish us to delete our conversation sooner than this.
We will never share any data that you send us unless legally compelled to do so, such as by government, law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies.

We do not collect personal information unless contacted by you. Any personal information will be only used to answer your queries.
2. How long do we keep data?
Personal information collected when replying to an email will be retained in order to engage in an email conversation with you. It will be deleted three years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
3. How do we keep your data secure?
Our system is password-protected, both for login and resume-from-standby. We delete the contents of the email trash at the end of every working day.
