Michael takes up the story..."After a talk that I had given to the Ladybirds Women’s Club, I was shown a large vase that had been badly damaged whilst dusting. The vase had great sentimental value to its owner, and from it I was able to make several pieces for her, including two swallows, a jug, and some hearts. In helping to preserve memories associated with the vase, this has also kept another piece of broken crockery from landfill."
